By accessing or using Mail Hauler Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bridge Homies, the team behind Mail Hauler Pro.

Mail Hauler Pro is a cold email outreach and sending platform that allows users to connect their own SMTP credentials, manage multiple inboxes, run personalized email sequences, and monitor deliverability. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a 10-day free trial period.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using Mail Hauler Pro, you represent that you meet these requirements. The Service is intended for business use. Use by individuals for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted but the Service is optimized for professional outreach workflows.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account. You may not share account access with multiple users under a single subscription unless explicitly permitted by your plan.

Mail Hauler Pro operates on a bring-your-own-SMTP model. By connecting external email accounts, you represent that you have the legal right to use those accounts for the intended purpose. You are solely responsible for compliance with the terms of service of any third-party email provider (Google, Microsoft, etc.) you connect to the Service. We are not responsible for account suspensions or restrictions imposed by third-party providers as a result of your sending activity.

You agree not to use Mail Hauler Pro to send unsolicited bulk email (spam) as defined by applicable law, send emails that contain malware, phishing content, or deceptive material, harvest or collect email addresses without proper consent where required by law, impersonate any person or organization, violate any applicable anti-spam law including CAN-SPAM, CASL, or GDPR requirements, send to purchased lists that lack proper opt-in documentation, or use the Service in any way that could damage our infrastructure or reputation. Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service including contact lists, email templates, and campaign content. By using the Service, you grant Bridge Homies a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. Lead data, SMTP credentials, and campaign content are treated as confidential. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.

Mail Hauler Pro offers a 10-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed monthly. For users in Pakistan, billing is in PKR. For users outside Pakistan, billing is in USD. Early access pricing (20% off for 6 months for the first 100 customers) applies only to accounts created during the early access period and cannot be transferred. Prices may change with 30 days written notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not pro-rate cancellations mid-period. See our Refund Policy for information on refund eligibility.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in activity that damages our infrastructure or reputation, fail to pay subscription fees, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.

The Mail Hauler Pro platform, including its interface, codebase, algorithms, and branding, is owned by Bridge Homies and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service. Your content remains yours. Our platform remains ours.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that emails sent through the platform will reach their intended recipients. Deliverability outcomes depend on many factors outside our control including recipient server policies, list quality, and sending practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bridge Homies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lahore, Pakistan.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
