We want you to be satisfied with Mail Hauler Pro. This policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and what to expect. We offer a 10-day free trial with no credit card required so you can fully evaluate the platform before committing to a subscription.

Free Trial

Mail Hauler Pro offers a 10-day free trial with no credit card required. You have full access to all platform features during the trial. No charge is made until you actively choose to subscribe. If you decide not to continue after the trial, simply do not add payment details — your account will downgrade or close automatically and you will not be charged.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations: You were charged due to a billing error on our side. You experienced a significant technical failure that prevented you from using the core features of the platform and our support team was unable to resolve it within 5 business days. You are a first-time paying subscriber and request a refund within 7 days of your first charge. Refunds are not available for partial months, if you have exceeded reasonable usage of the platform during the billing period, if your account was suspended for violating our Terms of Service, or for early access discount pricing after the 6-month discount period has been applied.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases: Cancellations after the 7-day first-charge window has passed. Change of mind after active use of the platform. Failure to cancel before a renewal date — we send a renewal reminder 7 days in advance. Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations. Charges resulting from your own SMTP credential issues or third-party email provider restrictions. Dissatisfaction with deliverability outcomes where the platform performed as documented but the results did not meet your expectations.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email address, the date of the charge, the amount charged, and a brief description of the reason for your request. We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and respond with a decision within 3 business days. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider but typically take 5–10 business days to appear.

Partial Refunds

We do not issue partial refunds for unused days within a billing period. If you cancel mid-month, you retain access to the platform until the end of the billing period you have paid for. The one exception is a billing error — if we charged you incorrectly for any amount, we will refund the exact difference.

Early Bird Pricing

Customers who subscribed under the early bird offer (20% off for 6 months) are eligible for refunds under the same conditions as standard subscribers. If a refund is issued during the early bird period, the discounted amount is refunded. The early bird discount cannot be reclaimed on a new subscription after a refund has been issued.

Currency and Conversion

Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original charge — PKR for Pakistan-based accounts and USD for international accounts. We are not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider. If exchange rates have changed between the time of charge and refund, the refund will reflect the original charged amount in the original currency, not an equivalent in a different currency.

Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Most billing issues can be resolved quickly and directly. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account suspension while the dispute is under investigation. We will always work with you in good faith to resolve billing concerns.
