Mail Hauler Pro is operated by Bridge Homies. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. We believe in straightforward privacy practices — we collect what we need to run the service and nothing more.

We collect the following categories of data: Account data — your name, email address, and password when you register. Payment data — billing information processed through our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers. Usage data — how you interact with the platform, including features used, campaigns created, and session information. SMTP credentials — stored encrypted to enable inbox connections. Lead data — contact lists and email addresses you upload for your campaigns. This data belongs to you. Communication data — emails you send to our support team. Technical data — IP addresses, browser type, and device information for security and performance purposes.

We use your data to provide and operate the Service, process your subscription and billing, send transactional emails such as account confirmations and invoices, respond to support requests, monitor platform performance and fix bugs, detect and prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your lead data or campaign content for any purpose other than delivering the Service to you. We do not train machine learning models on your email content or contact lists.

SMTP credentials you connect to Mail Hauler Pro are stored with encryption at rest. We access these credentials only to send emails on your behalf as instructed by your campaign settings. We do not read, scan, or analyze the content of emails sent through connected accounts for any purpose other than logging delivery status for your own reporting. Credentials can be removed from the platform at any time from your account settings.

Contact lists and lead data you upload remain yours. We process this data only to execute the sending and sequencing functions you configure. We do not share, sell, or use your contact data for any purpose beyond operating the Service. When you delete a contact list or terminate your account, that data is permanently deleted within 30 days. If you are subject to GDPR or similar regulations regarding the personal data of contacts you upload, you are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate lawful basis for processing that data.

We do not sell your data. We share data only with: Service providers who help us operate the platform, including hosting, payment processing, and email infrastructure providers. These providers are bound by data processing agreements. Legal authorities when required by law. Successor entities if Bridge Homies is acquired or merged — you will be notified in advance. We require all third-party providers to maintain appropriate security standards and to use your data only as necessary to perform their functions.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active plus 30 days after cancellation to allow for reactivation. After that period, account data is permanently deleted. Campaign logs and delivery records are retained for 12 months and then deleted. Lead data is deleted upon your request or within 30 days of account termination. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations.

We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for data in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive credentials, access controls limiting which team members can access production data, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your account, we will notify you by email within 72 hours of becoming aware of it.

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We use analytics cookies to understand how the platform is used so we can improve it. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We do not share cookie data with advertising networks.

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, request a copy of your data in a portable format, object to certain types of processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Bridge Homies is based in Pakistan. If you are accessing the Service from outside Pakistan, your data may be transferred to and processed in Pakistan. We take appropriate steps to ensure that international transfers comply with applicable data protection laws and that your data receives adequate protection regardless of where it is processed.

The Service is not directed at children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.
